The HF3 S relay is a small electromagnetic RF signal relay designed for high-frequency applications up to 3 GHz with 50 Ω or 75 Ω impedance. It features a 1 form C contact, operates with coil voltages from 3 to 24 VDC, and consumes ≤140 mW. The relay has a compact SMT package measuring 15×7.6×10.6 mm and weighs no more than 3 g. It meets EU RoHS, China RoHS, REACH, and IEC 60068-2-58 soldering standards. Its contacts are rated for 2 A max, 220 VDC, and 250 VAC switching, with initial contact resistance below 100 mΩ and minimal insertion loss of up to 0.30 dB at 3 GHz.
