The Potter & Brumfield T77 is a miniature PCB relay for general-purpose switching applications, featuring a single-pole normally-open (SPST-NO) contact arrangement. It has a flux-tight vented enclosure, a 12VDC coil with 200mW power consumption, and a 3A contact rating with silver nickel (AgNi) contacts. The relay operates on DC, with a coil resistance of 720 Ω, switching up to 250VAC and 30VDC. It meets dielectric strength of 4,000Vrms between coil and contacts and 750Vrms between open contacts, with 6.4mm creepage and 3.2mm clearance. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +105°C for the 3A type, with an ambient protection rating of RTII. Dimensions are 18.2mm × 10.2mm × 14.7mm, and it weighs 9g. The device uses through-hole solder pins and is not suitable for immersion cleaning.
