This digital MEMS accelerometer, with a ±14 g input range, offers performance comparable to traditional quartz accelerometers, but in a significantly smaller, lighter, and more power-efficient package. Key features include an industry-leading 1 mg 1-year composite bias repeatability and a minimal 20 µg/g² Vibration Rectification Error (VRE), making AXO314 ideal for high-performance Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) and Inertial Navigation Systems (INSs).
