Film control - 4 finwheel units (1-cold, 2-hot, 1-auxiliary fold-over). Film packaging units are housed in a cast housings for durability and sanitation.
Fast packaging film changes - 2 spindles are provided.
Film tension control keeps film tracked properly - A "tension sensitive" power feed roll maintains proper film tension at high speeds and during speed changes commonly seen when automatically feeding wrappers.
A unique low-backlash crimper drive assures seal jaw alignment and quality package seals. Backlash does not change when you change crimper clearance as it does with simple gear drive assemblies.
