The F-86 series is a CFast-sized solid state drive with a 36.4 mm x 42.8 mm x 3.6 mm form factor, featuring a SATA Gen3 6.0 Gbit/s interface and 3D pSLC NAND flash for industrial embedded applications. It supports commercial temperature operation from 0 °C to 70 °C and offers up to 160 GBytes capacity, with sequential read performance up to 372 MBytes/s and sequential write up to 223 MBytes/s. The device complies with CFast 2.0, includes End-to-End Data Path Protection, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, NCQ, and DEVSLP, and operates on 3.3 V ± 5%. It provides >2,000,000 hours MTBF at 25 °C and supports AES-128/256 encryption and TCG Opal 2.0 on request. The part is RoHS 6 compliant and includes a 30 µinch gold-plated connector.
