Sunstone Engineering CD600DP Capacitive Discharge Spot Welder

Description
The CD600 dual pulse industrial capacitive discharge (CD) spot welder provides a substantially larger amount of weld energy combined with a finer range of power adjustment. As with Sunstone Engineering’s other spot welders, the 600 watt second spot welder produces clean, strong welds. Pulse one heats the weld area to eliminate surface contaminants and seat welding electrodes. Pulse two then makes a strong, secure weld. Sunstone’s CD600 dual pulse capacitive discharge spot welders are the ideal product for many spot welding applications. The 600 watt second capacitive discharge spot welders provide ample power for a large spectrum of applications- at an affordable price. The CD600 capacitive discharge spot welder offers a dual pulse feature that helps provide strong, clean, and repeatable welds. The first pulse heats the weld area to eliminate contaminants on the weld surfaces and then seats the weld electrodes. The second pulse is a higher energy weld that performs a clean, strong weld. Both pulses occur within milli-seconds. CD600 Capacitive Discharge Spot Welder Features Dual Pulse operation removes surface inconsistencies and contaminants Single or Dual Pulse operation Up to 90 welds/min at 60ws Intuitive user interface CD600 Capacitive Discharge Spot Welder Applications Battery pack welding Thermocouple welding Copper aluminum and brass thin sheet and wire Miscellaneous resistive applications Automotive Welding Applications Honeycomb Tacking Cross wire welding Copper, Aluminum, and Brass thin sheet and wire Miscellaneous resistive applications Available Upgrades for the CD600DP Industrial Spot Welders Roll-Spot Welding High-Precision Energy Adjustment Lock-Out Mode PLC Ready
