Sunstone Engineering AV Linear DC Transistor Welders

Description
The Avio Transistor Welders are suitable for precise welding of superfine wires and micro components. The electric current is directly controlled by a transistor. This transistor welder is ideal for welding small components and very fine wires due in part to the fast control speed and the ability to manipulate the waveform. The welder features current and voltage feedback controls to ensure repeatable weld results. Current, voltage, and power waveforms can be shown on the graphic user interface. The Avio Transistor Welder offers three control modes: constant current, voltage, and power. Up to five welds per second is possible for operators requiring high levels of production and throughput. A built-in pre-weld check function can be enabled to improve the weld process. Available in 2v (500 A) and 4v (1800 A) Features of the Avio Transistor Welders: Consistent and precise welding by high-speed linear control 3 control modes: constant current, voltage, and power High productivity by high-speed welding : 5 welds per second Pre-weld check function reduces spark problem Simultaneous graphic display of V, I and W waveform *Sunstone is able to sell AVIO products only in the USA.
