The PM6670S from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. is a complete power supply regulator specifically designed for DDR2 and DDR3 memory applications, adhering to JEDEC specifications. It features a constant on-time (COT) buck controller, a 2 Apk sink/source low dropout (LDO) regulator, and a 15 mA low noise buffered reference. The device supports an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 28 V and provides adjustable output voltages from 0.9 V to 2.6 V, with fixed outputs of 1.8 V for DDR2 and 1.5 V for DDR3. The PM6670S is equipped with fast load transient response capabilities, making it suitable for both electrolytic and ceramic output capacitors.
