These standard round-bottom culture tubes are manufactured from "300" borosilicate clear glass (meets ASTM Type I Class B and USP Type I standards). The tubes can be autoclaved and reused many times. The black caps have a white styrene-butadiene rubber liner which creates a tight seal, protecting your samples. Use these tubes for slant or shake cultures.
