The open top natural polypropylene plastic ABC closures feature the "Super Septa", a low extractable septa that is optimal for GC/MS. Available with either a Teflon/red rubber liner, or a Teflon/Silicone/Tefl on liner. Designed for use with the clear glass high recovery vials and polypropylene high recovery vials with 9 mm neck finishes.* The clear open top snap caps with .254 mm thick Teflon septas eliminate the need for crimping and decapping tools. Their unique design is engineered for a positive seal and easy removal. The snap caps are ideal for high-volume, quick turnaround sampling and provide a large target area for needle penetration. They are not recommended for long-term sample retention. Compatible with amber and clear glass/plastic high recovery vials and polypropylene high recovery vials with 11 mm neck finishes.* The black polypropylene screw caps provide the option of having a traditional screw cap (NOT open top) with a Teflon/Silicone liner.
