The clear glass shorty sample vials are part of the organic series of sample vials and are available in 2 ml, 4 ml or 6 ml sizes. The Shorty Vials feature a low profile for greater stability and less dead volume above the sample, therefore making it ideal for compound storage. Vials are packaged in Lab File corrugated trays with partitions and shrink-wrapped to reduce particulate contamination. These vials are manufactured from Wheaton 33® low extractable borosilicate glass (meets ASTM Type I Class and USP Type I standards). Closures are sold separately. Compatible Black phenolic screw caps with Teflon-faced white rubber liners, or Black phenolic screw caps with rubber liners (no Teflon facing) are also available, sold separarely. Be sure to match up the neck finish of the vial with the size of the cap for proper compatibility
