The SiT9505 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator designed for low-jitter applications in high-speed SerDes systems, offering standard frequencies including 100.000000 MHz. It features a FlexSwing output driver, 41 fs RMS typical phase jitter, and supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and other signaling types. The device operates from -40°C to 105°C, with frequency stabilities of ±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm, and accepts supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V. It is housed in a 2.5 x 2.0 mm surface-mount package and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for external LDOs. Factory programmability enables customization of frequency, stability, signaling, and enable functionality without lead time penalties.
