The SiT9501 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator designed for low-jitter applications in networking equipment, supporting frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It offers 45 fs RMS typical phase jitter for SerDes applications and features FlexSwing output driver technology with independent control of voltage swing and DC offset. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-power HCSL signaling, with factory-programmable options for frequency, stability, supply voltage, and output enable. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages.
