The SiT9501 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator designed for low-jitter applications in networking equipment, supporting frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It offers 45 fs RMS typical phase jitter for SerDes applications and features FlexSwing™ output driver technology with configurable voltage swing and DC offset. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-power HCSL signaling, operates with supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V, and maintains frequency stability of ±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm. It is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for external LDOs, and factory programmability enables optimized clock configurations without custom lead times.
