The SiT9501 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator designed for low-jitter applications in networking equipment, supporting frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It offers 45 fs RMS typical phase jitter for SerDes applications and supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing output signaling. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. Available package sizes include 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It operates with supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V and offers frequency stabilities of ±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm.
