The SiT9375 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator for low-jitter applications requiring standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing signaling options, with a typical phase jitter of 150 fs RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz and 9 fs/mV typical power supply noise rejection. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, accepts supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, or a continuous range up to 3.63 V, and offers frequency stabilities of ±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm. It is available in 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages.
