The SiT9367 is a 220.000001 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, Low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling, with a maximum frequency of 500 MHz for HCSL. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and eliminates the need for an external LDO.
