The SIT9367 is a 220.000001 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, Low-swing LVPECL, and HCSL output signaling, with a maximum HCSL frequency of 500 MHz. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and delivers 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter for Ethernet applications.
