The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling and is available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm² surface-mount packages. The device delivers 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, operating across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and it is engineered to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
