The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling, with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. The device operates over temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
