The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating across temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm².
