The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It offers LVPECL, Low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm², it operates over temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C with frequency stability as tight as ±10 ppm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resilience against environmental stress.
