The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling and offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter. The device operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm². The part operates from a 3.3 V supply and features an output enable pin.
