The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It features LVDS output signaling, operates from a 3.0 V ±10% supply, and offers frequency stability of ±20 ppm. The device supports extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm², it delivers 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter for Ethernet applications.
