The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, engineered for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. The device operates over temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm², 5.0 × 3.2 mm², and 7.0 × 5.0 mm², it is designed for high-reliability applications requiring precise timing and resistance to environmental stress.
