The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating over temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C, it is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm².
