The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It provides LVPECL, Low-swing LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. Operating over temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C, it is available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 7.0 x 5.0 mm² packages with center pads. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
