The SiT9365 is a differential MEMS oscillator supporting standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 325 MHz, designed for low-jitter applications in networking, telecom, and industrial systems. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling, with a frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and a phase jitter of 0.1 ps RMS.
