The SiT9346 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter, high-reliability applications in aerospace, industrial, and defense systems. It features 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter, frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, and operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
