The SiT9346 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter, high-reliability applications in aerospace, industrial, and defense systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². The device features LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, or low-swing LVPECL output signaling, with phase jitter as low as 0.1 ps RMS and frequency stability down to ±10 ppm. It operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. Acceleration sensitivity is specified at 0.1 ppb/g for harsh environments.
