The SiT9122 is a high-performance differential oscillator providing frequencies between 220 MHz and 625 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2x2.5, 5.0x3.2, or 7.0x5.0 mm. Frequency stability is specified as low as ±10 ppm, with RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Operating temperature ranges include industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C). Supply voltage supports 2.25 to 3.63 V. Start-up and resume times are 6 to 10 ms. The device complies with MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C for environmental reliability.
