The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs and a phase jitter of 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and offers frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm across industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
