The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm depending on temperature range. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm.
