The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, with supply voltages of 2.25 to 3.63 V. It meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is certified as MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
