SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs, achieving 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. It operates over industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and extended commercial range of -20°C to +70°C, available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm surface-mount packages. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with standby current under 100 μA and start-up time under 10 ms. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
