The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with standby current under 100 µA and start-up time under 10 ms. The part meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 reliability standards.
