The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges. It meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity. The part is designed for applications including 10 GB Ethernet, SONET, SATA, SAS, Fibre Channel, and PCI-Express.
