The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with phase jitter as low as 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and provides frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges. The device is available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 reliability standards.
