The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering as low as ±10 ppm frequency stability and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with current consumption up to 69 mA for LVPECL and 55 mA for LVDS. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
