The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with up to six decimal place accuracy, available in LVPECL or LVDS output signaling. It operates with a supply voltage of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and offers frequency stability options from ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C or extended commercial range of -20°C to +70°C. The device is housed in industry-standard packages measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It achieves 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz integration bandwidth and has a start-up time of 6 to 10 ms.
