The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with output types LVPECL or LVDS, offering as low as 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability of ±10 ppm. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, operates across industrial (-40 to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70°C) temperature ranges, and is qualified to MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C standards. The device operates on supply voltages of 2.25 to 3.63 V and consumes up to 69 mA for LVPECL or 55 mA for LVDS.
