The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, operates over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
