The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS outputs, offering ±10 ppm frequency stability and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates under industrial (-40 to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70°C) temperature ranges, and is available in 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm industry-standard packages. Supply voltage options include 2.25-2.75 V and 2.97-3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
