SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL or LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, ±10 ppm frequency stability, and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates over industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supply voltage supports 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with optional OE and ST control pins for output enable and standby. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
