SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signals with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. It operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. RMS phase jitter is specified at 0.6 to 0.85 ps for 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 to 3.63 V. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
