The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, 0.6 ps RMS random phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges. Supply voltage supports 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with standby current under 100 µA and output enable disable time under 115 ns at 212.5 MHz. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
