The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and frequency stability of ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
