The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, offering frequency stability of ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It operates over industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges and is available in industry-standard 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm packages. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 at 260°C environmental standards.
