The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V and offers frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges.
