The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, ±10 ppm frequency stability, and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and is rated MSL1 for moisture sensitivity.
